I've seen it reccommended here to adjust the PH of your water to a certain level, like 6.3-6.8 on the Fox Farms list, for watering.
But how? No one ever says how to adjust the water PH. What do you use for that? And I assume that once I start using nutrients, I add the nutrients to the water, test PH, and then adjust PH back into the good range? Right? |

Correct. Your local grow store, possibly H-D or Lowe's should carry it. Add your nutes to your water (assuming you are using nutes), test the PH, as needed add in the Up/Down to balance at your ideal level. After watering check the run off from your pots and test the PH level in that as well. Check more than one pot.

Use white vinegar to lower the pH, bi-carb to raise it.
