Ferti-Lome Ultimate potting mix.GOOD?

Hey All, As the season grows cold...the stores are running out of growing mediums items. All i could find for top soil is The Ferti-lome Ultimate mix. it says its a straight mix with no feeding ingredents. Anyone used this stuff? All stores are out of top soil. I did score some of the last Perlite. Vermiculite is history also.. I LERNED 'd i had better get this stuff when its warm! Thanks All Red
