Barely throwing up and not out - Help

She is one of three. The other two are fine and in the same medium and feeding schedule. It seems like she stopped growing over a week ago when I transplanted her into this bigger pot. She does get new shoots but it is slow slow. She is also very rigid and curled. She was watered 3 days ago and meter says wet. There is. 400 MH us cF. Nutrients were over a week ago. 40 percent rH and 75 degree temp. It's the smaller one. The other was planted at the same time. Different strain

What do I do??

Possibly nutrient lockout? If so I'd give them a good flush of just ph'd water,no nutrients. I had a plant with slow growth and I watered it enough to have 100% runoff. At the time it took about a gallon until I got water out the bottom, so I flushed another gallon through. Hope she perks up.
