Having trouble figuring out how I want to keep mother plants. I currently have one Home Depot bucket with a fish tank pump pumping solution in the bucket over the plant (stuck in a coco basket in a hole in the Lid), two waterfarm buckets, and one in soil. I eventually want to find a single mom with great genes, and have her in different mediums, but was still curious as to which most prefer. any input? Does anyone use Sunshine40?

You are going to get many different opinions on this subject. Some prefer soil some prefer hydro. I would try out both to see which one you prefer. ;-)

Kind of surprised you didn't get slammed with preferences as Ms Fox suggest...?
Coir in a top-fed, d2w is the easiest. Just responded to another on this topic. Here it is: care for a mother plant You can see, it is in the hydro section of the forum. Best brah! |
