Jailed for possesing a gram

Thas crazy.. idono where you guys are from but im over here in NY. I been caught with a gram on me twice and the cops just let me go, and been caught driving high and all they had for me was some stupid ass pen test that i aced and moved on my way. I can't even picture how cops are so strict on weed when so many fucking people do it anyways. Maybe all cops should be required to get high a few times themselves so they can see its not all as bad as it gets made out to be. LIGHT UP

Lately it seems everybodys been getting searched and stuff around here. My friend was busted 2 times in a couple weeks, he doesn't even smoke but two times in a couple weeks! But it sucks right now- have to submit to the mans drugs tests and probation bullshit. Its not like the herb is even slightly harmful? I dont get it- what kind of world was I brought into? Everyone in America is fucked in the head- back in the day(I mean way back in the day like 1800's) we were all about reason, and literacy. Now we akin intelligence to remembering worthless facts and trivia. People are just zombies staring at television screens and shit, looking for there next bit of entertainment, being fed horseshit information, were becoming the "Brave new world" Huxley warned us about.

In some places out west in BC, you can walk around with alot more than a gram and the cops will not bother you, you are just a waste of their time. They still do the big grow-op busts, just to make it look good. Marc Emery had the right Idea. Overgrow the government. I have tried to get legal MMJ for various pain and other things associated with my disability. The doctor said she would not prescribe it because she did not know enough about it. She was not trained to deal with this and she had a good point by saying she had no idea even what the proper dosage should be. My specialist does not want to go through the hassle of all the paperwork they force on the doctors who do prescribe. Life can suck sometimes. If I choose this as my medicine in the future, I may be forced to do so illegally. We need someone with big balls in government to come out and make it legal, till then , we just have to support all the growers in any way we can. If i had a bag of seed , I know I would be out freely passing them around to friends. All you need is just a few plants that are let go to seed to have more than enough to pass around. Getting busted over a lousy gram just shows the waste(time, energy, money) these idiots are willing to go to , and for what? What does that solve?

Got busted yesterday for a rolled up blunt. (just a g)

I was at a park with my friend and we went into the woods down by a creek bed, totally out of sight. So we are about to spark it when a cop run up on us from behind and starts yelling "WERES THE DRUGS, DON'T MOVE WERES THE DRUGS, GET ON YOUR EFFING KNEES" We were both quite stunned as we hav never been busted before.

Long story short they let my friend go with a $50 citation for having a bb gun in his car which they also searched. And I was arrested for the gram that was rolled up in the blunt. It was both our weed we had split the cost but shit, sometimes you draw the short straw =/

So they took me down to the station and had me locked up for 10hours which was the longest 10 hours of my life. Half the ppl in the cell with me were there for marijuana possession also. This is my first offence so i'm hoping i'll just have to pay the $1000 for possession and $500 for the paraphernalia, and of course the probation period =/

oh well could have been alot worse. i still think it's bullshit. felt like i was treated like a murderer for smoking marijuana...

Man... so, for a gram of MJ, they're going to charge you 1500. I can't even begin to imagine how much it will cost them (a.k.a. YOU and the rest of the taxpaying public) to administer the probation and drug treatment program...

Yeah well it's either $1500 or 1 year in state prison.

And another thing, my parents threw out my northenlights plant when they found out what happened. it was 2 weeks from harvest...

Hey i've been through jail, and countless in patient treatment facilities since the age of 16. All because of pot. Im ready to go 2 court now facin 200 days 4 failing a urin. Guess what though i've managed to go to jail once for pot and still was smokin the shit while i was locked up. I love pot always and forever Keep on puffin.
