Its sad how one second you can be chilling in your girls room smoking a blunt in an upscale apartment about to get laid....... and the next with your hands against the wall and a gun pointed at your back with threats of being shot all for having a gram bag of pot on your person.

Life is so confusing, I wasn't hurting anybody, I wasn't being loud, or even causing disturbing noises. Literally 1500 dollars down the drain and the living sh@t scared out of me by a gun wielding maniac-- The worst part is Im pretty sure any chance of being president just got eliminated

damn dude i know how ya feel me and my buddy got pulled over and i tossed about a half gram out the window and next thing i know theirs a gun pointed at my head im pulled out the vehicle slammed on the ground with this 200lbs officer with his knee in my back yelling at me to stop resisting before he tazers me and i was just a young white boy about to piss my pants i learned a good lesson though dont throw it out the window just eat it!

Its funny, but Ive been arrested for a gram of weed before...I never got caught with several kilos of marijuana. Its always the small stuff you get caught for in the end. Not what you do but by how you do it.

You get arrested for a gram where you are?...Thats nuts the cops where I am just take it and smoke it for themselves....Did so right in front of me and my friend. What a situation to be in....lol I even remember tellin him to pass it. Didnt get arrested though, which is a good thing...Filed a complaint..Ends up the cop received a suspension with pay. This because the only people as witnesses were my friend and I.

Dont let the man keep you down bro. I have experienced something much similar to this except it was 6 guns in my face for a couple plants! You just can't let them intimidate you. and the whole president thing, well at least your not gettin charged which means you can still vote and fight to change the way this country is being ran

Im not intimidated by any means.....Besides if I were ever charged with MJ charges...I would wait for the gov to legalize it.....then file a lawsuit .I think thats another reason why the gov wont legalize it...Think of how many people are inprisoned...They would all file lawsuits.

I was actually saying that to mavreix and I meant at least your not getting charged with a felony. Misdemeanors our minor setbacks, felonys are potentially crippling. He can still run to be mayor or even better a member of the senate or the house of reps

I'm so sorry to hear about what happened to you. You shouldn't have been treated that way at all, and for a gram? geez...

That's a big reason why I am so glad I finally made my way back to california. I lived in zero tolerence states almost my whole life. Almost lost my brand new truck for a roach. I still don't flaunt it, but I don't have that burden of worry on me anymore.

Let's hope all the states wise up soon. Amazing how a line in the dirt makes all the difference.

Michigan makes you pay so much for weed fines, but almost no jail time.

There was a raid on a house just down the street from my parent's and some of my buddies were going to the house next door, didn't even know the guys who's house was gettin raided, nor was it getting raided at the time they pulled up across the street. An unmarked car speeds up next to them and slams on their breaks to box them in so they can't get out of the car and two guys jump out (not in uniform) holding guns pointed at them. Telling them shit like "wheres the drugs?!" and "keep your hands where I can see them!", one of my cocky friends said "is that a pistol in my face?". Long story short they get searched, and find nothing, because I was spos to hook them up right before they went over there but I was busy at the time (smoking somewhere else) and was gonna meet them there. Good thing I didn't.

Fuck Michigan sometimes, we got this task force called UPSET where I live (Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team), and they are responsible for all the bullshit that goes on, even offering money to narcs.

Back in the 80's when I was still using, I walked down Yonge Street,Toronto with a gabage bag of weed. I looked like a bum, so no one gave me two looks. Another time I walk down that same street with a pound of weed rolled in oz's and I had it under my hat, in my socks, down my pants and on the inside of my jacket. The only times (2) I got busted was when I was piss drunk and had just a bit on me.
