Tuyay still in Dubai
By jrteehankee Kamikazee guitarist Led Zeppelin Tuyay was detained at the Dubai International Airport since his arrival December 4 and schedule for hearing has yet to be finalized. Airport officials arrested Tuyay after they found specimens of marijuana in his luggage, housed in a detention cell December 11 and then was charged for illegal possession of prohibited drugs. If found guilty, he would be banned from entering the UAE and would be jailed according to the findings of the prosecution and a UAE Court decision. Tuyay was in Dubai with the other members of the Kamikazee for Rakrakan Fest 2008 scheduled last December 5. |

These guys are ridiculous about this stuff.
I read an article about a guy that got several years for a single poppy seed (he ate a bagel in a Heathrowe cafe before boarding the flight) I'm sorry to hear about kamikazee's plight. You couldn't pay me enough to go the UAE |
