wont take my pics anymore

i have been having trouble loading my pic`s lately. ihave been using the same resizing sofware and using the same size that i have been since i signed up and the last 2 times now it tells me there was an unrecoverable error every time. am i doing something wrong or is there a problem. i have 8 pic`s in the que waiting and when i click on it thats when it says error.

can you please cut and paste everything it says when this happens?

how about a screen shot?

also, please give us step by step on exactly what you are doing, urls, image sizes, image types, etc.

usually it is something the user is doing, we can't trouble shoot without all of the needed info to analyze properly, same for if the problem is on our end.

ok it`s doing it again. my pic`s are jpg`s they are 600x600. i`m doing everything the same, sometimes it works and sometimes it dosn`t. this is the error it shows when pic`s are stuck in que and i click on que.

then sometimes i`ll do some more pic`s and then it pushes the ones in que through with the new ones
or it tells me my pic`s are wrong size but they are the same size i always do

Green, physical size (600x600) is not the issue. It is the file size that matters. Even though the file may say 420kb, due to overhead and the image stamp, it can go over the required size limit. Try keeping them under 400k total before uploading.

ok, i thought thats what my resizing did, not to comp literate yet. i tried one you guys have in your post pic`s thread and i keep getting timed out and lose everything. another thing i noticed is that the last couple days i`ve been posting my pic`s to my journal or other threads that my bb code link is gone under my pictures only the top one is there ( forget what it`s called.

try using this thread for assistance in posting photos, the gallery software went through some changes when we removed the html codes...

sweet, please help us spread the word to all of the other growers who are posting those small thumbnail links... i am trying to find a programmer to edit that area to show the code for standard sized photos, until then, we much do it the old school way...

i have the same problem now, I have 3 images in my que, and one of the images was too large, now i can't upload any :( when I click on the que link i get the same error as posted above. is there a way for me to clear my upload que so i can upload files of correct file size?

I think there is a box that says process images in que, and only check that one, nothing above it in the add images area.

boss, selecting that option seems to have no effect. still have three files in que.
