After pulling out Gingerbread men to cool lower oven to 325°F.
Add your cupcakes liners to your cupcake tray.
Add the cake mix and pudding mix to a large bowl. Add the dry spices in and mix to combine.
Add the wet ingredients then whisk to combine.
Once a smooth texture is reached and everything is incorporated add 2 tablespoons of mix to each cupcake liner. Using a 1 tablespoon scoop will help you to accurately measure.
Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes.
In a small sauce pot mix together sugar molasses ginger allspice cinnamon and cloves. Stir occasionally until your mixture begins to boil.
Add one stick of MagicalButter and stir until melted.
After the butter has melted add 2 teaspoons of baking soda. This will cause your mixture to foam (this is normal). Stir then transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Beat the egg in a separate bowl then add to foam mixture. Add flour and mix until is starts to form a dough. Remove dough from the mixing bowl and knead on a floured surface until completely mixed.
Divide dough in half and wrap one half in plastic wrap while you work on the other half. Roll the dough to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut out in your favorite holiday shapes and bake at 350º Fahrenheit for 12 minutes.
Cream Cheese Frosting
In a stand mixer combine the MagicalButter cream cheese and vanilla until it looks mixed.
Add in powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until incorporated.
