Re: I have a Iolite how bout you?
Yeah, they're cheap on Amazon. The original version has a ceramic coating in the bowl/stem area. If that's what you get, watch out for flaking with the ceramic. You can return it to Arizer and they should replace it with the newer stainless steel version.
Re: I have a Iolite how bout you?
Your Solo sounds like a cheap generic box vape, not to be confused with the Arizer Solo, which is a portable and has a good warranty.
The WISPR has a fold down silicone stem/mouthpiece, making for a better size than the iolite in that respect. Even with...
Personally, I'm satisfied with either the Magic Flight LB or the iolite for portable use. Depending on the 'portable situation', one or the other always fits the bill for me. But it seems like a lot of people do like the N02, although some do complain about taste/smell, especially at first. It...
N02 would be better as a home/portable, since it's got a variable temp. The iolite is better as a carry around portable, where stealth vaping is more important.
Re: Why does Vaping buds still make you cough?
Temp control on the Volcano is excellent, but the same could be said for the herbalAire, Extreme, Zephyr Ion, and Oracle. Without varying draw speed by the user's lungs to make the incoming air hotter or colder, maintaining a constant temp with...
Glad you like it, but it's only the "best" in your opinion.
For me, it would be a vape that doesn't look like hospital or lab equipment, can be held in one hand, high quality glass (yes, with water filtration) instead of tubing, heat retention such that you can get a nice hit no matter how hard...
Re: Da Buddha Vaporizer Review - Best vaporizer and its under 500
If your herb is turning brown you're getting heat. The DBV will produce LOTS of visible vapor if you're using it right, and I expect that's your problem if you're getting heat. There are a lot of DBV videos on youtube. I'd...
The N02 bargains on eBay may be over. Nothing there now for less than $180. On-line dealers offering a discount are a better option. Make sure they're showing the Vapir reseller logo, since they're cracking down on warranty coverage now.
For reliability the MF box can't be beat. It's a simple...
I guess this is now just a general, what to buy thread, since the OP hasn't posted in over 3 yrs.
My 2 cents on best buys-
portable- hard to beat the Magic Flight for stealth, price, and warranty.
flame powered portable- quite a few on the market now, but the VaporGenie is holding...
I've used a herbalAire for years, and considering the 3 yr. warranty, great customer service, and deals available for around $175, I see no reason to even get the 'cano Classic at $539. The brand has been way overpriced for years now, compared to the competition. The Extreme and Oracle are also...
I don't own a VM3. Never used one. But it's been around for several years and I've seen user/owner reviews on other forums, especially the defunct vaporinfo.com forum. I know a guy who had one for a dealer review not long ago and he had trouble forcing himself to use it often enough to do a good...
The VM3 has adjustable temp, but it's fat and clunky compared to the iolite and the hits are small due to the tiny bowl. Battery life/replacement cost is a concern too. $450 is a lot of $ for the advantages it provides. I'd rather have an iolite and a Magic Flight Launch Box. You'd have enough $...
Oil or hash (which will also gum up a screen) is best vaped on a bed of herb, or a piece of cotton. Hash needs to be shaved or finely chopped for proper heat penetration.
You will get ambiant heat on the herb when you leave a hands free whip connected. How much heat you get depends on the temp you've got set, how long it stays connected, and where the heating element is in relation to the bowl. If the heater is above the bowl (not common), you don't get much...
