Other than manufacturing quality, are all LED's the same? Meaning, are there so few manufacturers of the actual LED component that all red LED's are of similar quality, deliver approximately the same spectrum, and put out the same amount of light (maybe called luminosity for LED's)? For...

I would think the only savings would come in two forms. First, the heat factor and not having to cool the grow as much. Two, from the potential longevity of the lights and not having to replace bulbs. Wish these lights were less expensive.
