Updated plants looking healthier :)

Hello dose anyone know if it will be beneficial to cut off these leafs? Or should I let the plants develop more then?

Update: 2 of my girls were killed by mice in the house we think. I have 2 still growing one is just started to show the serrated leaves, the other might not make it. I believe it was too cold so I’ve kept the 23 watt cfl on and my led for 18 on and 6 off :)

Hello, today one of them has a height about 2 cm now they seem to be growing pretty slow so I added a 18 watt blue spectrum led and a 23 watt 6500K CFL bulb to promote faster growing also watering with prop-o-gator 2ml into 500 ml of water for the roots aswell I put them into bigger pots today...
