So I obviously didn't get everything tied up before the winds started and a few branches are broken off (just hanging by a thread!)and they aren't quite ready, only about 50% has turned brown...will cutting off the broken branches harm the rest of the plant or can I just get the broken ones off...

Thanks Tortured...it's Cali and yes, what you said was what I got from everything I've read so far. Yet, as posted in another post, being a caregiver is even pretty sticky, I suppose providing for a co-op is the "most legal" if going by the way the laws read.

Wow...it took me awhile to digest this but it seems this would work even better than being a caregiver....if the person renting the land is legally compliant and the property owner has a legal contract to rent the land where is there any violation? Okay, now everybody give me all the negatives!!!

Can a dispensary give a license to grow for their organization? If so, does anyone know what sections, laws, etc this is covered under? And is it typical that they would charge for this...just to issue the license I mean..
