Looks like spider mites are sucking on the underside of the fan leaves. Look around the plant for tiny spiders. You can shake the plant and watch to see if they repel down out of the canopy. They like a dry environment so you could try a cheap solution and spray water under all the fan leaves...
From experience I would use a zip tie or something to secure the splitters to the power strip so they won't fall out of the sockets and land on your plants.

Another thing you could try is dilute some epsom salt (Mag.), put in a spray bottle and spray the underside of her leaves.
