Looks like spider mites are sucking on the underside of the fan leaves. Look around the plant for tiny spiders. You can shake the plant and watch to see if they repel down out of the canopy. They like a dry environment so you could try a cheap solution and spray water under all the fan leaves...

From experience I would use a zip tie or something to secure the splitters to the power strip so they won't fall out of the sockets and land on your plants. :Namaste:

Do you have any airflow under the canopy? Looks over watered or high humidity. Either way need to get air to those pots.

From your description to me it sounds like you've been over watering. Plants shouldn't need water every day outdoors.
