Every year I plant Durban Poison and every year I get a week of warm rainy weather in September and those beautiful kolas get bud rot. Last year one of the seeds I bought was clearly not DP It grew to nine feet tall and the buds were spaced out more evenly and did not get the bud rot and grew...
I understand that a 60% top soil and 20% coco and 20% perlite works well. They sell coco/perlite 70/30 mix at HD. If I use 60% top soil and the remaining with the 70/30 mix will that be OK?
Thanks.
After several successful seasons my plants did not thrive last year, hardly growing at all and dying. I want to replace the soil. I read that 80% organic, 20% coco and 20% perlite is an appropriate mix. How deep should I dig down? Also, I have always added some hard wood ash to the soil...
I understand that autoflowering plants grow about one meter high. I would like to grow one in a clay pot on my deck. What size pot should I use and what type of soil would be appropriate?
Thank you.
I have an area of about 1.5 square meter, I plant two plants. I have been getting seven footers out of it for 3yrs.
Every Spring I put down a bag of hummas/manure and a bucket of hardwood ash (this year I did not have hardwood ash). I add some Fox Farm Big Bloom every ten days starting late...
Hello:
I plan on growing an indica and a sativa this year. I live in the Boston area (US) I am looking for recommendations for strains that have relatively
short flowering periods. Typically, my plants start to flower the last week in August as I get into October the risk of a killing frost...
Getting ready to harvest some Power Plant sativa plants. They have some heavy kolas, it would seem that they would dry/cure better if I broke them up. Thought anyone?
Thanks
Hi
I have a Malawi x Panama sativa, it's huge (8 ft) but it is slow to flower. I'm in the Boston area and I'm concerned about a freeze before it's ready. How cold can it get before it kills the plant?
Thanks
Hi:
I have some tall sativas that are just starting to bud. I want to trim unneeded leaves but I am not sure how far to go in the trimming.
Also, I have some Foxfarm Big Bloom and also some Neptune Harvest Fish and Seaweed Fertilizer. Which is best? Both are a year old, can I still use them?
Hi;
I just ordered some Malawi seeds. I now see (On Lefly)) that it has a 120 day flowering cycle. I'm in New England (US) and don't have that much time. Should I order some new seeds?
Thanks
I am looking for a web site to buy some seeds. Can anyone recommend an outfit that will take credit cards and ship to the US?
Also, I have grown two small crops on the same soil, should I add something to the soil? I already work in some hardwood ash.
Thanks
