Hello once again. So she’s 44 days old already and i did LST on her. Is she already growing buds?

She's 38 days old. 30-40cm tall. I believe already in flowering. I have one question is there a way to stop her growing up because she's already reaching LED lamp (2-3 inches left) ? I heard about low stress how does it work? What should i do? because i have limited space in height.
