I would never run my DWC buckets without airstones. A nice rolling boil of bubbles from a strong pump and properly sized stones. This is a known method that flat out works.

Legit feminized seeds are of course my preferred choice but my smoker friends drop bag seed from fire on me. Never had one hermie.

Still feeding at 4g. Haven't seen a need to go 4.5g.
Two outta four clones survived, luckily one from each plant. One just started to root today. I'll let them go a few more days and see if the other one roots as well before flipping to flower.

The nanners will ripen and then open up to release the pollen. The pollen itself is just super fine powder. Your nanners haven't ripened yet.
I don't know how bad your nanner crop is but I'd go 2 ways with it.
Try and trim the nanners out of the bud. Have fun with that.
