What should the humidity be at while curing in the mason jars and also after curing in the Mason jar what should humidity stay at

My THC buds that are 5 to 10% THC they smell like beautiful fruit but the sugar leaves of my CBD plant it was dried in a tray for two weeks and then I put them in mason jars and keep burping them with the rest of my buds and they smell like stinky feet just wondering if it was mold

After burping my mason jars for 2 weeks how do I read the humidity level in the jars what tool is needed

After drying my CBD strain candida CBD one why does it smell like stinky feet when I burp the jar and these are my Sugar Leaf cuttings for cannabutter

how long does it take in the fridge and if I dry them out to quick with the fan when I put them in mason jars after drying can I put those humidity packs that are 62% humidity in the jars you rehydrate the buds to normal % without mold.

I have a small dark room for drying 50- 57% humidity on a meshed dryer rack should I use a fan on low or just let dry as they are.

This is my first grow and 4 days into drying my CBD Buds and they smell like hay can anyone help ?

Can I cut off fan leaves around buds when close to harvest and I'm not talking about sugar Leafs just the big fan leaves
