You can gently disturb top of soil to see if tap root is developing. Don’t dig to deep. I’d give it another 2 days , make sure it wet but not drowned

Umm, I’m certain that others have said what I’m about to say. You need to dig a little deeper than your looking. There’s much proof and evidence that you can grow some of the finest weed you’ve ever seen ALL under LED lights ;)

What is your light output ? Or better yet what light are you using ? im using the Election Sky V180 and it draws just that from the wall, 180 watts and I burned my plants with 36 inches distance between the plants and light . I had to raise mine as high as I could get it . you definitely have...

Yes , I’d say so, they take on a fake rubber tree look and curl up. It’s easy to do with intense LED lights

If I can answer just one part of your concerns. If Tim have the space go at least 4by4, if you have it go 5by5. 2by4 will get you 2 plants at most and no working room. You need space to work with these plants . That’s my solid one piece of good advice
