i used 95% rubbing alcohol, ground up the weed and let it sit in the alcohol and let the thc dissolve, strain out the plant matter then let the liquid dry on a smooth surface, scrape it up with a razor blade and you have some nice hash. dont let it dry for too long though or it goes crumbly

not sure about putting elmers glue on broken skin, dont want that stuff in my blood, but the rest seem good.

NORML website says for sale of paraphernalia there is a 90 day prison sentence and a 5000 dollar fine, but only after a cease and desist order has been issued and broken. Doesn't mention that buying or possession is a crime.
