Looks fine. If i was in your place i would start feeding them something like a mix of ffof big bloom and grow big. i am not sure what else could be the problem maybe not enough light?.

Blood red stems of CM are telling that there are plenty of brown nutes inside..nutrient burn maybe..just my opinion.

Plants need at least 5-6 hours of night time. Leaves start to wilt after 18 hours of continious light which is a clear indicator when to turn off the light. Seedbanks also recommend to keep 18/6 regime during entire grow. Hope it helps.
