oh yeah! use rain water too to help keep ph from skyrocketing. city water is usually 7 to 8 oj ph scale.

Personally ive found that cfl's are a safer bet for small areas where heat and vertical limitations are an issue. ive tried both hps, mh, and cfl in tight spots, and have had much more success with cfl. about 100 watts per sqft is good for decent harvest with dense buds. much more effecient too...
