Unfortunately I'm here to report my garden is no more. Somehow my landlord found out about it and I could either take it down or move out. I brought two confirmed females to a friend and trashed the rest...sad days

Thank you Dusty! It looks like #1 has come out female and #2 & #3 male as of this morning but I am going to move them all to 3 gal. and give them another couple weeks per your advice.

Looks like calcium deficiency or chemical burn to me. If it's mostly on the newer growth I'd assume calcium deficiency...this would be my guess
