What is it that the myrcene is beneficial for?

I've been using oil as a carrier because I wanted to avoid the alcohol burn. But grape seed oil goes rancid quickly.

Does all of this presume that you have reached a therapeutic dose and want to take a break to optimize dosing? Since most of my medical conditions have not been improved yet, I am not yet there. Is there still a benefit to a break?
