Thanks for the input guys. I think you're right about the lighting being the issue. I've been poking around at some of the other grows on here that are using T5s or HIDs and they're killing it with the production. I'd really like to use LEDs but the cost is so high right now I can't justify...

Mylar reflects up to 90% of the light that touches it, white paint is closer to 70%. I used 8 23 watt cfls in that box. I hung the lights on a cross bar above the box itself. If you wanted to, you could use a 1/2" dowel across the top to tie lights to.
