How will the Mars Hydro customer support department handle my support request if my light is affected by any defect causing it not to properly function or stop functioning altogether, during and after the 3 year warranty period, please ?
And how long will it take to the Mars Hydro customer support department to get back to me once I’ve issued a support request, please ?
I usually increase my light strength about every 7 - 10 days by 5% until I'm at 100 %. Then I start lowering the light a couple inches at a time till I'm about 16" from the canopy during flower.
