What I would do, and most people in my experience is let it go completely dry feel the weight of the pot dry, and when you get a feel for it you will know by the weight if she needs watering The top of the soil will always dry before the bottom and you not diving your plant enough root growth...

That looks like a nitrogen deficiency to me, overwatering can cause Nute lockout and the size of them pots every 2 days is way to much water for the stage the plant is at mine go a week in 16ltr pots at that size
