Ive looked all over the internet trying to find the answer to this question-call me a tard but .. IS MM LEGAL IN WASHINGTON D.C.? I just got my card for a year and im moving next month to d.c. and i havent been able to confirm if its legal there..for medical usage.. does ANYBODY know???
