noobie you can do that room with a standard timer if you like.run your the co2 for 15 mins every hour while the lights are on.and yes you do need a sealed room if you dont have fan controllers.you need the temp of the room at about 80 steady.my room will get to about 82.you will get water evap if you are in hydro and if you are soil you will need to water more often.you will also need to jack your nute when you run co2 with alot of lumens or the co2 will be wasted.more light more nute more co2 =big buds and fast.you will also need alot of sugar or some kind of bloom inhancer you want to get the max for the fuel you use.hope i could help
