    flowering

How one grows is up to the grower you can sit there and let nature take it's course or you can assist it in anyway you see fit. there are all kinds of ways to feed them for better buds. Sometimes you need to snip of a leaf or 2 (how much is a matter is specuation) for better light...

    adding flavor to my bud

Re: adding flavor to my bud. as long as you're adding dry stuff to the jars I think you'll be ok. I tried fresh rind( lemon/orange) once it didn't work out. it made my buds get damper and the rind started growing mold. if I didn't happen to catch it when I did I would have lost both jars...

    Thermometer to fans & lights

It's entirely doable with Dc fan if you have something to plug into wall to power up the fan. the typical residental attic fan thermostat functions the same as a single pole switch. you have it control a recepticle and have fan's wall adaptor plugged into it. how accurate they are is a matter...

Re: I need help figuring out what strain I have. those leaves look pretty wide but not the widest,it's a indica dominate strain. it could be a pure indica it's realy hard to say mch more then that.

    Thermometer to fans & lights

I believe one of those thermostats they use for attic fans would work, they preform the function you want turning on when it get too warm and shuts off when too cold. place where you want and wire it like a switch.

What's the longest you had girl in flower

I've heard of sativa's taking as long as 14 weeks to finish flowering. that's the thing about unkown grows you never know when they' finish ahead of time.

    Water from dehumidifier

yes it could gather mold spores as it filter the water out of the air but unless you're fitering your intake those same spores are aready there in your air.

How long for colas to fill in? - Pics

Re: How long for colas to fill in? (Pics) The leaves look too thin to be a indica so they have to be a sativa or hybred. I would guess you have a 10-12 week flowering period may take as long as 14 weeks it all depends on the plants. I'd think about some heat for them during the night. it's...

    First time grower needs advice

I don't know if you can keep out spiders etc from a tent. A lot depends on your fresh air intake and exhuast of tent but I do think one or 2 could sneak in while your servicing the plants. and I don't know if I'd want the pesticicde residue around my plants. hydro may have less issues with...

    duct tape?

duct taping splits/ cracks immediately is the thing to do. you may want to remove the twine in about 2 weeks(once healed) so it doesn't cut into stem as it grows fatter. The healing will slow her down a little but it wil be allright

    5th wheel winter operation

without know how cold your winters get or the traier's size or how well insulated or the BTU's of the space heaters. it's a tough question to answer. if it gets real cold where you are, the fresh air they need may be a issue in trying to keep them warm enough. you may need either heat the air...

Almost all pistils dark brown but trichomes are still cloudy

while she looks good I wonder if she is ready, normally I get a second growth of pistols/buds after the first set turns and that bud doesn't look like it has gotten to the point of development

    Sativa or indica

another difference is the Leaf structure whie they both look the same indica's leaves are shorter/fatter sativa's leaves are longer and slender.

    another flower time?

I don't think it realy matters too much since flowering time listed by seedbanks is a optimistic estimate and they never finish when you expect them and always late( or at least my grows have been)
