This sprout looks terminal so i have a question. I was going to run two photos but with this happening i think i will need to start another seed but i only have a few autos in hand. Can i finish an auto under 12/12 after flipping for the photo - only have one tent! Thanks

I have to post one more update as the seeds did finally arrive. There was a sticker on the envelope from Royal Mail saying there was insufficient postage so apparently the package went into limbo for a while as there was no return address. These will just go into the seed storage i guess.....

Sorry to be a PITA but i have another question now about the base mix. I just now noticed that you say that EWC can be as much as 25% of the humus portion. I was going to use EWC as pretty much my entire humus addition. I've used the garden compost pile in the past but i thought to start with...

Thanks for the response Bob! I've been trying to find crustacean meal. Tough to find in Alberta - not a lot of ocean. I was planning on hitting the local seafood restaurants and try to collect shells and eventually make my own to add later - subsequent runs. I've been doing a lot of reading...

I'd appreciate some advice on building a soil.... Already have a bale of ProMix/myco, perlite and worm castings for a base mix but could use some help with amendments. I'm trying to use as much local product as possible and have feather meal and alfalfa meal already. Kelp meal coming soon...

I am certainly no expert and have a long way to go to grow like the people i follow, but i have found that the Inkbird controllers (temperature and humidity) have been essential to keep the environment in my tent under control.
