I was wondering...when you make your oil, you say you use fresh frozen cannabis- now, is that actually fresh then frozen OR fresh/dried/cured/frozen?

i'm a early retired RN, i can't physically/mentally burnt. i was on opioids, am weaning off, want to try cannabis again to see if it helps now. i used vape contents w/lavender oil/lotion topically and it was like a miracle. i am hoping to repeat this effect somehow.
