I am on my first grow using 10 lowrider seeds I bought from a Dutch seed bank. The sent me 20 mixed seeds as a freebie but of the 4 of them I have tried to sprout none have. Mind you of the seeds I bought 2 out of 2 sprouted so I still have another 8 lowriders to try. Cannot say as I can particularly recommend them though as my lowriders have not autoflowered as they should have done and I have read that some seed banks do have strain reliability problems.

Anyway there are plenty of seed banks out there and postage even from the states shouldn't be much.
