Hi, I no longer use soil. Would recommend redin Icemud and OranicTrees journal. From what I understand using soil right out from the bag should keep the plant good for awhile and will need some during flowering. Mixing nutrients is better than mixing the soil like subcool. Maybe getting nutrients for your soil grow for bloom time is a good way to go. You can mix a gal at a time, or a cup at a time it really depends on your physical wellness. Good luck!
