I carried those things for 20 years, I am at one year off since August 13.
It took about 8 months for the urge to go away for the most part, but I also stepped up on my doobie smoking. Lol.
In the beginning I rolled around with a vape pen, but after all the bs recently with them, I cut those out.
You can do it man! Just keep thinking about how nasty they taste, and how bad you hate them... not about how great they smell from 15 feet away. Lol!
