Hi, thanks !, it shouldnt really matter what light you use to the seedlings as long as you hang it high enough away from them. I suspect maybe you havent got enough ventilation and air movement in your tent ?
I dont really do much as the plants more or less grow themselves, I germinate them in their final pots and top them as soon as I'm able to and just basically watch over them after that and water as needed, the rest they do themselves. Dont start off too many seedlings at once and end up crowding them, give them space to grow. Good luck with your grow.
P.S. If you are growing in a grow tent with reflective walls you dont need to keep your lights so close to the plants anyway. All that light is enclosed and has nowhere to escape to and is just bouncing around like crazy inside your grow tent.

Seedlings are much more likely to not get lamp burn then plants that were not given full light. So give them seedling 100% light right now to get bigger healthier plants fast like this.

I just started a second attempt
Had to throw away 2 big plants 1 was male and the other was sick so i wanted to start over

I think maybe my problem with the seedlings was spraying the plants...i did it only with the leds off and kept only the cfls while the plants dry but maybe it still hurt them
The cfls are mostly for keeping temps up they are 48w and 32w
The main led is 136 actual watt
The are on veg - 50% and bloom 15% and about 70cm from the plants
Is it ok? Manufacture instructions sas it should be around that for seedlings...
I have two other 50w small cob leds but i dont know if its too much for that tent
Its only a 60x60x120 cm
