I do one race a year, called Squiggy classic, its a 6 hour endurance on a 10 mile root infested CC loop..other that I just casually ride, we got some surprisingly gnarly spots here in Florida...good times..(made better with herbal help )

haha yea i used to race a little bit of cross country. =) theres absolutely no better way to keep in shape. lol
