For mites, and pretty much MOST other critters: Always insecticidal soap ("potasssium soap") with some neem oil mixed in. This is DOUBLE effective since the soap kills on contact and the neem keeps 'em away. Agree, Neem is nasty and you definitely don't want to spray on buds in flower, 2 wks...

In the past when I grew up on the roof (Spain, crazy sun basically all day long) I used a sun-shade. (I can't use the sunshade any more since my cats climb on it, then fall down onto the plants and smash them..or try to climb up and into the chimney via the sun shade thing. Yeah no kidding...)...

Yeah I heard that about the liquid but I started the new bottle now anyway. (And yes I am shaking it like crazy every time) For now I am just continuing feeding as normal, 1.5-2ml/L and see how it goes. Might upload a picture of the real plant later. N tox is still unlikely to me.
