humus

HI guys i have big problem with soil .unfortunately we don't have any perlite and peat moss in my city( maybe in whole the country) i don't know whyyyy!!! :hmmmm: i been wondering can i use a Humus instead the usual soil ?(perlite,peatmoss) or can i use worm casting+humus ? just help me...
