knocked

I have a dwc setup that I keep the room at 26 degress celcius and around 40% humidity and the water temp is a constant 20-22 degress celcius. the ph is always measured at 5.8 and never goes above 6.4 without being knocked back down. I read on a few sites that this white fuzz is a good sign...
