Plumbing for handy pump is sorted, suction doesn't work well when the pipe leading into the pump is too long so I've placed it in the room instead of under the kitchen sink.

    Drip Hydroponics Question

I have a General Hydroponics Waterfarm grow kit. It is the kind that you use an air pump to push water up to a drip line to feed around the plant. My question: Do I leave the air pump on 24/7 or do I put it on a timer and have it on/off on a schedule?

Team, my DWC buckets currently run a 20gal aquarium pump each for a 5gal setup. Is this enough air or should an investment be made to get larger pumps? My plants seems to be happy but just wanted to know if they would be even happier with more air. Thank you to all in our 420 community for...

Centralized Oxygenation Instead of Pump per Bucket

Hi, I have used a few bubble pots each with their own air pump and stone. Now I am putting together a larger system with 9 20l pots. I was wondering would it be just as good to have a lot of air being pumped into a central reservoir and that oxygen rich water is then pumped through the...

From a design developed by member Saibot I built a fairly elaborate 4 bucket RDWC system with an external reservoir using ¾" inlet (pump) and 1.5" return (drain) lines along with a 1000 gph water pump.
