1 month & 1 week in flower yellow leaves, burnt tips - what's wrong? help!

hi, my plants are 1 month and 1 week into flower one is superskunk other two unknown. tallest one is dying, fan leafs curling up on some and pretty much whole plant looks droopy other two arent so bad they have part yellow leaf but vains still green, bit of fert burn at tips.none of them are growing at all i hardly fertlizeing anymore like once a week 500-600 ppm. ph of water is about 6 is that ok? they are under a 400w hps and got 1 hid pointing at them and 1 fluro for extra light
also the tent is infested with like mossies/fruit flies and the get stuck to the bud im pretty sure there not eating the plant though.

Need help badly!! I though my plant were jute burnt so I flushed them with loads of cold tap water, within 10 mins all of the plants stems, leafs have dropped they look dead all of them there around 12 inch high and was doin ok part from the nute burn. Are they dead or will they come back?? Help plzzz

They don't look dead to me. They don't look too bad in the last photo. Hard to tell under the hps light.
It looks a little like they are finishing up and using up whats stored in the fan leaves.
The fan leaves on my grows always turn yellow and fall off near the end.
Not sure about the insects but they could be causing a problem. I would try to get rid of them.

The leaves will normally turn yellow at the end kind of a good thing to get the nitrogen out before harvest. Are they fungis gnats? If so the larva will eat the roots and stem of the plant the adults won't , but they create babies, try and 33. Good luck.
