12/12 lighting

hi i will be changing the lighting on my plnats to 12/12 in the next few days and was just woundering do i just change the timer straight away for should i give them 24 hours of darkness before ???

also is it a good idea to flush my pots befor changing to the the food for flowering ?

Just straight away works fine.I just switched mine straight to the 12 hour a few minutes ago...

+1 for going to 12/12 right away. Have tried 24 hours of darkness before but didn't seem to make any noticeable difference.

Yeah that's just a waste of 24 hrs of grow time. Some people think 1-3 days of darkness before chop helps too but I've never noticed that. I personally have a room on 12/12 roughly 359 days a year (1 day off every other month for full room cleaning.

I would give her a flush before feeding with the new food. Start fresh!

Yes it's a great time to flush them. Then if things go well during flowering and you don't have ph or over fertilizing problems you only flush again at the end.

right theses plants are starting to fry my brain, i could be wrong but these are photos of diffrent brances which started to bud befor i changed the light but wen i was looking closley i taught i could see small pollen sacks =, now im not certin as their so small but this plant also has thr white hairs an could theses be male or just new growatge beacuse iv always beleived males didnt produce buds ??
