...pretty much decided on the Intelligent Gro lights but don't know if I would be better off with the 1350 with ten "lamp assemblies" or two 540 watt units with eight "lamp assemblies" , but a foot print that more closely matches the 4×8 tent they would be installed in...
...the 1350 watt unit offers a less optimal match with a 5 × 7 footprint, but I like the idea of the increased watts for less money and complexity...
...will the tent make a difference...???...will the extra watts make up for the less perfect footprint of the more powerful lamp...???...
...I can't see how two extra "lamps assemblies" (10 vs 8) in the tent will make the yield or quality less, even if the 4×4 footprints of two smaller lights are theoreticaly more perfectly matched to the tent size than the specified 5×7 footprint of the single bigassed light...we are talking 330 watts of difference in favor of the single light here...
