150w HPS vs 200w CFL

So which one would be better? They both cost about the same. The cfl is a 4x4ft t5 light with 20,000 lumens. The HPS has about 16,000. I'm not too concerned about heat issues I don't think since my room is air conditioned. Might shell out for the 400w HPS/MH, its so tempting. How much yield will I get off these lights?

There has been some decent bud grown with CFLs/T5s. I was really surprised when I went through some of the journals and saw what those guys were putting out. If you ARE going to spring for the 400w MH/HPS I would just go ahead and spend the extra coin to get the 600w since it's the most efficient AND you could get the 600w in a dimmable ballast if you plan to stay with the hobby. Just my two cents.
