1st Ever Grow, 8 Ball Kush

Hi guys,
I'm a few days into my 1st grow.
8 ball kush from Barney's farm.
Indoor grow 4x2x5 ft tent
450w full spectrum custom led panel pulls exactly 200w from outlet.
35watt CFL for seedlings
Bio bloom root juice
Bio bloom grow
Bio bloom top max
Canna grow Pro plus soil

So i started germination on Sunday as it's my first grow I tried 2 seeds in water for 24hrs and one seed with the paper towel method for 24 hrs, all at 25degrees c,

All 3 cracked and had about 1cm root so they went in the soil in 1/2 gallon pots and went under a 35w CFL after a water, within 36hrs all 3 had broken the surface looking nice and healthy.
In the following 24hrs they seemed to stretch a bit so I moved the CFL down to about 3" away.
They were looking good this morning but the pots were feeling light so they had their 2nd water which is about 30hrs after potting.
Everything looking good so far but I'm sure there will be problems at some point.
Depending how they look I'm planning on a 1/4 dose of root juice around day 10. Pic attached was day 1 I'll upload more recent pictures tomorrow.

I'm pretty certain they were stretching as my 35w CFL wasn't enough to light for the 3 seedlings, I have a little kingbo 300w led so I've dropped that over them.
The highest I can get it is 13" over the seedlings so im only running the veg switch which is half the leds. Hopefully it shouldn't fry them. Temps look fine after a couple of hours. IMG_20191024_214320.jpgIMG_20191024_214258.jpg

Day 4 now since they broke the soil and all seem well.
The led seems to have stopped them stretching.
Pots felt totally dry so I'm going to give them a good water with a 1/4 dose of root juice,
Also going to switch light from 24-0 to 20-4 for the rest of the veg stage.

One week since they poked their heads out.
2 happy looking ladies and one looking a bit sad.

I've transplanted her into a bigger pot like her sisters, her roots look healthy so fingers crossed.
All 3 have had a good soaking as they were completely dry.

Day 10 and I have 2 happy girls and 1 not so happy but seems to be plodding along now.
Was planning to water but the pots feel like they still have a bit of moisture so I'll check again tomorrow.
The root juice doesn't seem to have done any harm so I will up it to half the dosage in the next water.

I'm happy to have got this far as I've never grown anything in my life

So tonight they have all had a feed, 1/2 dose of root juice and a 1/2 dose of Biobloom grow.
They all took about 500ml of water before I got run off.

PH of the water after adding nutes was 6.9.
They have just started to develop a nice aroma.
I'm developing a plan with these plants now.
I'm thinking of topping all 3, which should be sometime in the next week.
I'm planning to veg 2 of them for 5 weeks and keep one vegging for 6 weeks.
The one I veg for 6 weeks I'll try a bit of LST.

So this evening I've topped one plant, fimmed another and left the smallest of the 3 alone to do her thing.
It was a little unnerving but I'm happy it's gone well.
They have had a water and 1/2 dose of nutes.
I'm keeping the nutes low until they show me they need a higher dose.
I'm thinking they will need to be transplanted in the next week as they seem to be draining the pots quicker now.
I've ordered the components to build a pair of 3000k Samsung f series led strips to run either side of my blurple led light.
It will give me around 450w from the wall so should be enough for flower in my 4'x2'.

That might be uv light burn from led being to close.

Yes that was uv burn but she is fine now.

I think you could be right, I raised my light to about 15" and it seems fine now. It's a bit behind the other 2 still.

Very nice. I have been quad lining my plants. I’m a little low on light, so it helps get into all the nodes. Cheers!!!
Thanks Jdeck, Do you also trim away the lower foliage when quadlining?
I've read it redirects the growth to the 4 main stems, I might try it with one plant to see how it goes.
I'll giver her a few days before so as not to stress her too much in one go.
