Hi all, first time grower/poster here at 420Mag. I've learned a lot from reading here and thought I'd start a journal of my own. Thanks to all of you who've shared your experiences and helped those of us who are new to this growing game. I'm in week 5 of my grow and will catch this journal up ASAP. Any and all comments and questions are very much appreciated. Cheers.
So, here goes...
Strain - Vision Northern Lights Autoflowering Feminized (Herbies Seeds)
Lights - (2) 300w Mars Hydro LEDs pulling about 130w each
Tent - 34" x 34" x 64"
Containers - Started each in solo cups and transplanted to 5 gallon fabric pots
Medium - 100% coco coir
# of Plants - 2
Nutrients - FloraNova Grow/Bloom, CalMag Plus, and city/tap water (daily)
Training Techniques Used - LST on NL#1 and leaf tucking on NL#3
Initially I started 2 seeds in paper towel but the 2nd (NL#2) looked rotten and part of the root came off so I started a 3rd seed (NL#3 - 6 days behind NL#1). NL#2 lived for several weeks but never grew roots or a stem. Here are some photos...
NL#1
NL#2
NL#2 is now cheering from the sideline and preparing to nourish this new habanero plant (that journal resides elsewhere)
NL#3 (6 days behind NL#1)
Here's what they look like today (NL#1 on left, NL#3 on right)...
NL#1 - Day 29
NL#3 - Day 23
