1st Grow - Advice & Tips Welcome

hey guys, i'm new here and a new grower also.
i've set-up my first grow and so far this what i've got:
1x Super Silver Haze
1x White Rhino
1x Lady Burn 1974
all of them feminized from Green House seeds
and 1x Original Amnesia feminized from Dinafem
i've got a closet with a 400w HPS lamp, and 2 extractors

i've germinated the seeds directly in jiffy pellets about 6 days ago,and they already have a couple of leaves (i'll try to post a couple os pictures later) .
i got the tray with the seedlings under the HPS and they're getting 18hrs of light.
after reading a couple of posts i decided to spray them with a very weak solution of BN Bioroots, i'm not sure if was the right thing to do but i hope i don't damage them
