1st grow experiment fim vs top vs nothing

Hey guys just making this thread as it's my first grow and I'm gonna experiment on my 3 plants.

2 are ak48 autoflower feminized seeds
1 is a bag seed madman og <so dont kno if female or male>

They've been thro alot I wont lie.

Naming; The tallest is the ak48 (hashirama)
The other is a ak48 tht had a broken taproot (Pain) tht still managed to catch , and, the third one with the different shapes leaves is the madman bag seed (ryuk).

Looking to top the Pain tonight and I'm gonna fim Ryuk. Will leave hashirama as is and compare all of em at the end.

Currently they're roughly day 58 (had run into nutrient def then burn then not enough light but now they're catching back up nicely)

1.Gonna top and fim as shown any last minute advice as to whether I shudnt or where to cut is welcomed. Thanks people

2.Also I attached a pic of a fly tht is around the plants can anyone say if this is fungal gnat?

3.the pen shows where im gonna fim ryuk and top pain can I use the part from pain to clone?

Hey, they look good for the stress you’ve put them through lol, personally I wouldnt top or fim your autoflower plants, it will cause them shock which delays growth. And they already have a finite lifespan so delaying their growth through topping isn’t the best idea, try tying them down using low stress training techniques?

Thanks man I will heed tht advice. I didnt know about the finite lifespan on the autoflowers actually. Still new to all of this.

Online it says tht it wud b ready to harvest in 7-8 weeks but it still must attain a certain amount of vegetation before it can right? Or will it just start to flower at any given height?

It will continue to grow as it flowers until it’s finished unlike a photoperiod. Which has specific “phases” the autoflower has a very short veg phase. A week or two up to a month. It will flower on its own, it all varies depending on strain. Some willl flower after a week, some take 2 months to flower

Hey I was wondering. Is it too late to low stress train this one seeing as the pistils have started out? Now noticed them worried that it might slow down or adversely affect flowering.
