1st Grow & Need Help Identifying Spots

I am thinking I have a Calcium deficiency. I am useing Fox Farm Organic Forest with the Dirty Dozen line up fed full strength as scheduled. I was using distilled water without cal-mag. Once I saw the spots, got cal-mag and watered and have fed FF nutes at half strength with another dose of cal-mag. I have cut off a lot of the dry leaves, and the remaining brown spotted leaves have gained a micro amount of moisture. No new spots on new growth. Also, added a 3000w led light to my existing 1000w light. Thinking the light stress may have caused further Calcium deficiency or accelerated it.

Side note, brown spots had appeared mostly on two sativas, but also on 3 indicas slightly (they weren't as close to the lights). Since cal-mag indicas are growing fast, but with some glossy leaves on bottom.

To specify, the spots appeared about 2 days after adding the 3000w light, about 9 days ago. I watered with the cal-mag for first time during grow at full strength, waited until the soil was fairly dry and fed with fox farm at half strength (had been feeding full until now), and another full strength dose of cal-mag.
Like I said, I hadn't used cal-mag at all until the spots appeared. Its my first grow, I'm freaking out, and know I made mistakes.
As a side note, had not been PHing the correct way either until I noticed the brown spots. Soil is about 6.7ish to 7.
